A beautiful and great hotel, my first choice in Memphis. Staff and location were very good, I liked every detail. I had a clean room complete with central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV. The airport was 12 miles away from here, favourable location.

Contemporary and clean hotel in a very clean modern building with magnificent location. Brand-new and non-smoking room, professional staff from check-in to check-out. Late check out.

The location here is fantastic, just a short distance from Beale Street, and it's also conveniently close to both the fitness center and the bar/restaurant.

Valet parking is a mess. No one has a clue as to what they are doing. There needs to be one person in charge and the valets and attendants take direction from that person. Secondly, checking in was a nightmare. Took too long for someone with reservations. They need to modernize the hotel computer system. Too many screens had to be accessed for something that is not that complicated. Third price of this hotel is way beyond what it really is. Rooms are decent but not extra nice, bathroom is okay, nothing special. Finally one of the rooms I had the air conditioning did not work properly. After notifying the front desk the maintenance person told us to set the hvac on heat for twenty minutes then try the a/c. This resulted in the room being even hotter and the a/c still not functioning. Room remained at 82 degrees during the night. Upon checking out when I infromed the front desk of my dissatification their only offer was to take $25 off of the $180 I spent on that room. That was insulting to say the least.

The hotel room was not clean. There trash up under the two beds in our room. We had dinner in the room one night but no one cleaned the table off the next day.

The hotel had a central location close to trolley. the room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

It was a very pleasant stay! Dining room dinner menu skimpy but breakfast buffet was wonderful. Fruit was fresh, tasty and attractively displayed. Other items were very good. Variety was excellent.

The restaurant at this place was great, with friendly staff who were very helpful, and the food we ordered was delicious; the location is amazing, situated close to a trolley bus stop.
